Rob Evans has been a citizen of Southwest Missouri his entire life. Graduating from Kickapoo High School and earning a degree in Education from Missouri State University, Rob then pursued a career in the hospitality industry for 23 very successful years in local restaurants. Always looking for new tests, Rob decided to bring the customer service skills he had acquired to a new and exciting challenge in the real estate business.


When he is not pursuing his clients dreams, Rob spends most of his time enjoying whatever activity his two children have planned for him. Most recently, that has involved volunteering with his son and daughter at the Southwest Missouri Humane Society. Getting kids together with sports has always been a great way for Rob to give back to his community and he has spent many hours on the field for the Boys and Girls Club as well as the Springfield YMCA volunteer coaching for kids in a variety of endeavors.

Rob was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor. We were buying our first home, and were clueless on pretty much everything. Rob took the the time to explain everything to us before we looked at any houses or even signed him as our agent! As first-time home buyers, we were very thankful to have Rob working for us. The learning curve is steep and he took a lot of time to explain each part of the process. He was glad to show us properties we had found online, and did his own research to find similar properties fitting our wish list that we had missed. He advocated on our behalf when the lender was dragging and even made it possible to close a few days early so moving wouldn't be a nightmare. I am typically not excited to work with people in the sales industry because of their generally pushy nature. Rob wasn't like this at all.
